My chainsaw chains were finally available for pick-up and for $7/chain it was quite reasonable.  Took about 3 weeks to get 7 chains sharpened, but at least the first one works great.  It appears they did an excellent job on all 7.  I will definitely use them again for sharpening chainsaw chains!

Purchased a mower from them. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My complaint is, their phone is almost always busy. I honestly didn't realize busy signals were still a thing, until having to call and try to ask questions. I've tried to call probably 5 different days and the phone is always busy. All different hours and different days, always busy.

Recently bought some STIHL equipment and on the day I bought it had a great experience. The equipment I wanted was tagged wrong, I understand it happens and they rectified it. Upon getting home I realized I didn’t get the manual for one of the items. The next day I stopped down and requested it. They looked for a while and said they couldn’t find it and offered to print it out. I declined and said I would email STIHL because I wanted the original manual. The gentlemen then offered me a manual to a different product because “they are basically the same and it’s not rocket science to put it together and use it”. This comment was totally uninvited and out of line. I wanted the manual so I had parts numbers and specs if I needed them when this part inevitably becomes obsolete. However no reasoning for wanting the manual can be rectified with “it’s not rocket science”. Extremely disappointed and recommended you go to agway for any STIHL items. They are much more organized, helpful and customer service driven.

While I appreciate the recognition of the comment being made and the apology I was never offered to have the company order one from stihl. I was offered a printed one and a manual for a different product. I refuse to do business with a company who not only treats customers like this but also exaggerates in review replies. Especially when there is other options so close in the area to get better service at the same price

Anthony, I happened to hear the comment and I have already addressed it internally. I also heard that we offered to print one or get another manual from Stihl directly but it would take a few weeks. My representative did make the comment and I apologize for that. Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future.

High priced and poor setup when it comes to adding implements . Probably  lost 2 -5 hours of run time just in getting what I needed to run the implement properly. But "Lindsey"  always has parts oil etc when needed great  service people mechanics  ect.
