  I had scheduled for a cleaner to come on a Wed, they never showed up. I called them and asked what happened, spoke with Robin she was apologetic and said she had forgotten to tell the lady who was to come due to her being sick. She said the lady would be there Thursday between 9 and 930. I waited and still had no one show up. I called and left msg on the machine with my name and number and have still yet to hear from any one. I understand if something has happened but atleast return phone calls and tell someone that u are unable to offer your services.
