Please avoid this company at all costs. They are theives and they have the worst customer service. I've been trying for over a week to resolve my lawn issues. I was charged 3xs the normal cost for lawn mowing and they completely missed my entire backyard. They sent the same crew to fix the problem and they still did not touch my backyard. They also force you to do 3 cuts with them before you can cancel services. This company cannot get to my backyard and they will not allow me to cancel future services! Huh?! They also charge excessive fees. Please AVOID!!!

I have enjoyed using this service for over 2 years now. I have been satisfied with my assigned lawncare person, Noel, who has done a great job and we can both easily communicate via the app if either one of us needs to reschedule. I like that there's flexibility to pause during the winter months when the grass grows much slower. The app makes it easy to tip and review each mow too. And the pricing is good too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend LawnStarter for their lawn care services! They do a weekly mowing of our lawn, and they always do an impeccable job. The driveway and walkway are perfectly edged. Any clippings and leaves are blown off the driveway, carport, walkway and porch. This year we asked them to do some weed control as dandelions and wild onions were all over the lawn. We also had problems with ants building large hills throughout the yard. They did an amazing job -- the dandelions and wild onions are gone. The ant hills are no more. We can use our lawn without worrying about these problems. We rented this property to tenants for over 2 decades and unfortunately, the back yard showed years of neglect. Shrubs and trees were overgrown; large sections of the yard were covered in debris, years of dead leaves and other junk (old dog toys, etc.). LawnStarter came in to do a major clean-up of the back yard. The shrubs were expertly pruned; the trees were cleaned up which opened up the back yard to more sunlight. All the debris was removed and now we're ready to being re-seeding the bare areas and take care of the existing grass. Our experience is that anything lawn-related you need done, LawnStarter can do and they will do an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job of communicating. When we ask for a quote, we get a reply almost always the same day or the next day at the latest. I would give LawnStarter two big thumbs up and FIVE big stars!
