    They came all last spring and summer. They came on time almost every appointment. The grass never looked great. They were difficult to communicate with. It was obvious they didn’t really care if we liked the service. We asked for our hedge and tree trimmed twice and both times they said no cause they didn't have time? We asked for our garden to be weeded and they said they would spray a weed killer… well he did that but then they just left the dead weeds there? Roots still in place so they just grew again. 3 stars for reliable mowing, -2 for not doing a great job. We won’t hire them again this season.

    I told Hailee from the very beginning we do not /pull/ weeds. We only poison them and without a caseron or other prevention agent, new weeds can and will germinate eventually. She has cats and did not want this. I didn’t charge her for that job at all though, as a gesture of kindness. I do very much appreciate the generous 3 stars, incase I seem ungrateful.     I have utilized this service for a couple years over two different addresses. Overall, I was pleased with the service. However, lately the communication is not acceptable. The only way I can seem to get through is through email. I have a small lawn and they come and spend about 15 minutes mowing and I pay 25 dollars everytime they do. I asked for them to skip one of my services because my lawn had not grown, they didn't. I asked for them to skip the entire month and was billed for the service I asked them to skip. When I told them I was not interested in paying for a service I didn't ask for, I spent a good 2 hours going back and forth with Jesse. Where I repeatedly had to prove I didn't want their service during the month of August. Ultimately, I will find a new service. While I'm disappointed, I believe that the customer history and relationship should be taken into consideration when corresponding. I paid every invoice, on time and in full. Good customer service is essential.

    The only transmission/communication I //ever// received from Tami on this issue was VIA email. She asked me to skip it on July 29th (even though the terms of service was an agreed upon bi-weekly program) I apologized that we couldn't skip it that day only because we mowed it the same morning the email was sent and didn't catch it in time. We mistakenly DID however mow it again 2 weeks later on August 12th when she had asked us not to but then after this happened I agreed not to mow her lawn again until a month later on September 9th. So we still billed her out for >>>1<<< August mowing (instead of the normal 2 per the terms-of-services she initially agreed to) because she NEVER made it clear anywhere that she wanted us to by-pass August mowing entirely. I told her I'd waive the August bill completely (even though it was only for 1 mow) but I also told her that we would have to cancel the program only because she ultimately didn't want it mowed at all in-between the dates of July 14th and September 9th which is a brutal breach of our terms-of-service. Our lengthy email exchange was not argumentative like she makes it seem. I made it clear to her that the length was only needed for crystal clarification on the facts of the situation in order that I didn't make a decision/determination based on misinformation. Furthermore, I saved all email transmissions. She said she did NOT. So her claiming proof of anything is simply untrue. One of the only true things she did say above is that we've had no issues at all for years until this situation. Yet she awards us a 2/5 stars because of it. I caution anyone reading this to absolutely NOT do business with her. She is a very dishonest person.

    I have been using Jesse and his team for over a year. I am so impressed and happy with the services they provide. They are responsive, helpful and do a great job. I plan on using them to mow as long as I can.
