  I would not take my business to this location again. It took nearly a week and a half and two left messages to even have someone call back to let me know they had looked at my lawn tractor and what needed repaired. The bill was extensive for my old tractor so I inquired about a new tractor. They didn't have any coming in for a couple of weeks so I ended up buying a new john deere elsewhere. When I called to pay my bill over the phone the woman that works in the office was very unfriendly. Basically grilling me on what I bought and where. Proceeding to tell me that's too bad they had 9 coming in soon and the grass isn't even growing right now. I paid my 100 dollar bill just for the consult over the phone and she proceeded to tell me the sooner the better for me to come pick up my old tractor. When I went to pick up my lawn tractor it was in three pieces instead of one like when I dropped it off. They put it on my trailer then just put the deck next to it and the hydraulic snow plow on the trailer separate as well. Plus I had a handful of loose pieces I assume were used to connect those attachments. So between the very unfriendly woman in the office and the fact that my tractor came back to me in pieces not how I had dropped it off I will not be giving any of my future business to them.

  This is an incredible family owned dealership. They truly care about the needs of their customers. I could have bought a tractor somewhere else and saved a couple of hundred dollars. I feel that I made the right choice in investing in the relationship. Ben talked me out of a more expensive model that had bells an whistles I probably will never need. I feel that I have the right tractor for my needs and I definitely chose the right group to support it.
