  Jose (Angel) Chan Of Lake Chelan landscaping cuts corners on his job and over charges relative to other landscapers. Charged 29$ per square foot for constructing a patio from pavers (total rip off).Quality of laying pavers is below satisfactory. Space between pavers is uneven and in some places not level. Tried to short cut making a fence from untreated wood after I requested that it be made of pressure treated wood. After I paid him he ignored a request to level some pavers that were laid unevenly. Don’t pay him until the job is 100% complete. Otherwise he will look for every excuse not to finish the job. Quality of his work is minimal when he works in a hurry. This is often the case when he has multiple jobs at one time. For any future jobs I will definitely avoid Angel and choose someone who values the customer.
