Had our new garage doors installed today. Devon Carrillo and Stephen Gentzel did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail and job performance were both TOP NOTCH! The doors were a huge upgrade over the doors from when we initially built the house. Better insulated, much more solid. I have no doubt these will be much better at keeping the garage warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. If you need to upgrade or replace bad doors these are the folks to call.

Our garage door chain broke, my husband called in the morning and they were here by 11:30 to fix it. Pascual and Zach were both professional and friendly! They had our garage door back up in running in no time! They also offered to change out the rubber on both of our garage doors to insure that they don't freeze to the concrete anymore. If we have any other garage door needs, we will definitely call Kooler again!

This is how work gets done in Gunnison County! After a call to Kooler and a quick call back from Matt, I explained my needs and time frame to him. Matt totally understood what Look I was after and worked to get it completed  for install at the time I was to be there.
As scheduled the door showed up and Pascual Ramos worked as a well oiled machine, taking the old door and bucks off and then meticulously installed  the beautifully built new
door . Hats off to you guys !!

February of 2021, four feet of snow on the ground, and the garage door won't open or close.  Wheels off the track, the pulley assembly is hanging in the air with cables wound up in loose spirals all around it. Called a couple places, and Kooler almost immediately called back and had their crew out there the same day. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot in an hour. Now a year later comes the test of time: no problems since. I'm still waiting for the other guys to return my calls. Kooler offers personal, professional, reliable service. They answer the phone and they show up when you need them. If there were six or seven stars to give, I'd give it to them.

Highly recommend! Matt does excellent work, was very communicative and helped us out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend when our garage was stuck shut. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends & family.
