Company has not removed debris  they left after cleaning my yard. Has been 5 days and alot of calls and still waiting for them to clean up. School kids can't  even use the sidewalk. They where notified of  this but have done nothing to remove it.

We have struggled to find a landscaper large enough to handle the large scope of work our property management office manages. Knk has been amazing over the last three years. It isn't that they are perfect, it is the fact they are large enough to afford to "Fix their mistakes". Most landscape companies are not insured never-mind financially backed. We are thankful here are #StayHere. Thanks Brian and crew!

KnK took care of my yard all summer and they did an outstanding job.  I am 89 years of age and would have been lost if they had not come to the rescue.  In addition to the excellent job they did in taking care of my yard I enjoyed the way they billed me.  They sent me a bill at the end of the month.  It made everything so easy.

I consider myself lucky to have found them.

I have mixed feelings about how to rate KnK Landscaping. Overall, the team is polite, professional, and hard-working. Unfortunately, with a lot of different variables in motion living within a townhouse complex that is not completed yet, it is unclear if KnK is working with their own materials or what is provided to them... specifically, the soil (and seed) that are used when filling in bare spots on the lawn. It's more like rock-filled mud that seeds can not grow in. They also use this riding lawn mower that rips the grass up when it turns around, which is frustrating.  I believe the efforts are there, but not always the desired results.

In terms of their efforts to fix a wrong, I was impressed!  One of their team members accidentally spilled a significant amount of fertilizer in my back yard without cleaning it up; causing it to kill a large grass patch!  The owner, Ken, and his upper management team responded immediately and professionally to my upset, and had it fixed the following week!  They also offered to fix and area near my patio that I had accidentally messed up, which I was grateful for and consider above and beyond expectations!

If they switched up the soil and we're more careful with the riding lawnmower, I'd give them 4-5 stars for sure.

Working with this company has been the biggest headache and waste of money. Our money bought us a yard full of glass, rocks, trash, and even a tail light from a car, never mind never ending crabgrass. This was after multiple phone calls to get them to show up to do the job. Also customer service is poor. Would share photos of the quality of their work if I could so people could decide for themselves. There are not enough words to describe why I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We hired them recently for snow plowing and they never showed in the 2 day storm which was over 3 inches accumulated.

We called left messages with their answering service numerous times with the last one being this past Saturday, as well as emailed, still with no response.

We had considered them to do our landscaping work for next season, but with the non-response we negated the thought.

I would not recommend using this company.

Our experience with KNK Landscape started in September of 2013. We had hired Ken and his team to remove a chain link fence and install a white vinyl fence around the yard + spring clean up and install a stone path. Ken assured us that he would get this installed before winter.

After numerous excuses winter had come and the fence was not installed- we had to wait until spring. In the beginning of April of 2014 Ken was able to start the fence. He brought a team of unskilled ( very beginner) team members and overkill equipment. It took him 2 weeks to remove the fence and in the process he destroyed our entire yard from ripping up the yard with his equipment. When he went to install the fence he had not measured properly and had to re-drill the holes into the ground causing more destruction of the lawn which he promised to fix with sod. After three weeks the fence was installed- to find that they installed the doors wrong. When they fixed the doors there were extra holes which Ken said he could fill . These were never fixed.

In the middle of all of this they did a spring clean up and started to install a stone path. The spring clean up was a disaster. They barely applied a dusting of mulch. It looked okay when completed but a week later it was a disaster ( applied less than an inch I am assuming to save costs) and the men were careless about our flower beds stomping on plants in order to edge.

They used the wrong stones for the path which did not stay done and when walking on them they would crack. The whole mess just continued and Ken just continued to come up with excuses and ask for the final payment. He was also sending incorrect invoices charging us for the mistakes he had to fix. We paid the entire bill hoping he would make things right ($15,000).

I finally had a conversation with him asking him to purchase us new fence doors, fix our yard which was a mud bath, and complete a proper spring clean up. He argued but then said he would be there to fix. After that, he never returned a phone call, text or email. This left us out of thousands of dollars. Our neighbors, friends, and family were shocked by the condition of our yard and how a business could treat customers this way. To this day he still is not smart enough to remove us from his mass email list- as he still sends us his promotion.

To this day, we hear horror stories about KNK Landscaping and really regret using them. On top of the bad service Ken would bash his team in front of us not owning his mistakes but putting the blame on others. Either way is not acceptable and is really disappointing that KNK could take that amount of money from a young couple, not deliver on what was purchased, and never return calls/emails/texts.

Please BEWARE of this company and Ken Keegan. They are extremely unskilled and unprofessional.

I hired KnK Landscape to mow my lawn for the summer and do my fall clean up (still to come). KnK is not only very professional but they will answer any questions you have and don’t mind a picky homeowner. Kenny (the owner) is a great, will ensure satisfaction and if for some reason they are running behind he will let you know. KnK Landscape will keep your lawn looking great and has other services to make your yard looking even better! I would recommend KnK Landscape and if you live in Norwood, why not support a small local business!

Was driving behind one of their trucks today in Norwood and large unsecured objects and boxes were flying off the back of the truck. Cars were swerving to avoid it. I called KNK to report this issue with one of their drivers and they informed me they weren't going to do anything about it, and that I should call the police if I was concerned. This is clearly a terrible company - I wouldn't trust them with anything.

I am in absolute awe with the job that KnK Landscaping did to my lawn today.

Last August we moved into a house with a lawn that, aside from being occasionally mowed by the previous tenants, had been VERY neglected.
It was patchy, brown, weeds everywhere, just plain gross.
I contacted Kenny Keegan of KNK and he came to assess the neglect. He was personable, well spoken, very professional, and he gave me a ton of options for how to best care for my lawn without breaking the bank. He explained in detail what every step would entail and just how it would benefit the lawn.
KNK came in the fall and aerated and limed the lawn to help winterize it and prep it for spring.
Today they came and worked some magic!
And entire team of guys came and went to work.
Dethatching, mowing, seeding, cleaning... the works!
My lawn already looks like new!
I am looking forward to seeing it thrive and enjoying the lush green lawn that is most definitely to come.
I HIGHLY recommend KNK Landscaping.
Kenny and his crew are miracle workers and bust their behinds to make sure their customers are happy.
I am beyond words happy. Thank you, KNK!!
