  They are kind people and the work they do is good, unfortunately I had to suspended 1 of the 4 services a few months ago that I was using from them and somehow all the services were accidentally canceled on their end. When I realized this I called to clarify and rectify the misunderstanding and was told that they did see that there was some mistakes with the services but there was nothing they could do about it. I was frustrated with their customer service and now have to find a different company because they offered no solution on how to start the services back up.

  I have been waiting since the beginning of September for a quote. I have called, sent emails but I cannot get Keystone to respond. Not a good business model.

  Never returns calls! I've left numerous messages to get estimates on lawn work!
