  The gentleman that treated the lawn did a very good job knowing where the property boundaries where located. He did a great job hitting the entire lawn. I only wished it was not done on a rainy day. I have dandelions popping up in my yard so it must of washed off some of the weed control.

  This is our first year with Kapp's after our friend recommended them. We prepaid for 5-8 treatments. In the spring, our lawn looked lovely. However, I have had to call for each subsequent treatment. I was under the impression that they would come regularly without having to call. Now we have grubs in our yard and the weeds are back. Just called for another service call. The lawn is definitely improved but the service is meh.

  Kapps has been caring for my yard for several years. I am on their full year treatment schedule. This year they have also taken care of aeration and overseeding. I have never had less than top rate customer service from them. This includes the office staff when I call and the technicians that service my lawn. They have been more than accommodating when I have scheduling conflicts. On the few occasions that I have weeds which survived a treatment they immediately return after my call to correct it. I have referred friends and neighbors to them who are also satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.
