  This has been my go to place for a while now up until lately. Had a blower serviced about 2 months ago that was under warranty and they did a tune up with our asking if they can change parts. Picked up the blower and started using it the next week. Well, problem still existed. Took it in last week and yet again they did a tune up and I specifically told them not to! They then tried charged me without explanation as to why! They only told me my gas was bad both times! Did I mention the gas is used in 3 other machines and is less than a month old. Did I also mention I use red gas in ALL of my equipment! Piss poor management and piss poor service department! Will be taking my money to a better shop!

  Tony, our procedure when a 2 cycle piece of equipment comes in for running issues is to begin by checking spark and compression, after we determine that both those items are satisfactory our technicians then transition to the only possible remaining failure points of tune up parts and fuel system issues (which is something no manufacturer covers under warranty). This is the procedure we followed with your machine, and upon replacing your tune up parts and adjusting your carb the machine was running well. I do apologize that our staff failed to convey our procedure to you when you dropped the machine off on the front end of your first visit on May 25th. With regards to your second visit you brought the blower into us on July 13th we continued with our same procedure. Upon finding you had good spark and compression we pulled your spark plug and found it fouled out. So we replaced it as well as dumped your fuel out and added our own fuel, as improper fuel mixtures/bad fuel and running the machine with the choke on are typically what fouls a spark plug. Your machine at that point never needed any carb adjustments, so the plug and your fuel were the cause of your running issue. With regards to explanation of the second repair, our staff did explain to you that we dumped the fuel and replaced a fouled out spark plug. I'm sorry that our service does not meet your expectations. However what was unacceptable was your behavior and treatment of our staff. You began the interaction at the counter by yelling and swearing at our staff. When asked to not use that kind of language you responded by saying that you swear to have "fun". I can assure you that none of our employees find it fun to be yelled and sworn at. You then continued yelling and swore yet again at our staff while he explaining the charges on the second repair bill. As stated when we elected to waive the second repair bill, you are not welcome at our facility in the future. No one deserves to be treated the way we were treated regardless of how frustrated or angry you were. Ryan
