  K&M Outdoor Services has been doing New Adventures yard work and snow removal for over a year now. Matt is quick and works around our needs. We have children on our green spaces multiple times throughout the day and napping for a portion of our afternoon. Matt is always thoughtful and careful to do the mowing, weed eating and weed control around our outside schedules and nap schedules. Our green spaces look fantastic and make us want to stay outside. Snow is always removed in a timely manner as well. We are currently on his schedule for new curbing for our rock garden and we couldn't be more excited.

  Wouldn't recommend K&M at all. Wasn't getting weekly lawncare but getting charged for it until confronted. Went on for 2 months, 2nd month kept data to show proof. Was suppose to have monthly weed/grass killed along building monthly, happened once during summer and was on K&M all thru summer. Winter snow plowing, terrible. Came during the night, during the storm, never came back after storm to do a finale cleaning and plowing. Employees parking had 10" snow to walk through. Plowed areas that was instructed NOT to plow as just had work done and caused damaged. Quality terrible. Customer service terrible.

  .I apologize that you feel you had a poor experience. We had already discussed that the billing was a clerical issue and the issue was corrected. In regards to snow removal, some circumstances are beyond our control with major snow storms such as the one you are referring to in your review. In addition, our company will not tolerate demeaning and disrespectful language to our employees, and therefore your contract was terminated.

  Matt is a professional and excellent vendor! He does great work, is easy to communicate with and if there are issues or concerns works diligently to resolve them immediately.
