  Walter came right away to quickly replace a broken sprinkler and did a great job. I should him some other work I wanted done and he gave me a fair price and came over the next week to get the job done. He did a great job.

  Doesn't honor his commitment. Refused to do work he agreed to. Wanted to change the agreed price. The license he uses on his business card belongs to someone else. He can't be trusted.
