  The previous review of "will bend over backwards to help you" is the absolute truth about Brad. I travel 2 hours to purchase my zero-turn from Brad and have it serviced for various reason, but one main reason. Brad was a student of my grandmother's and she cut her own grass until she was 90. When she decided to get a new mower Brad loaded it up amd delivered it after he had worked all day long. Anytime she needed it serviced he would swing by early on his way to the shop amd pick up her mower and drop it back off after hours. I just wanted to share my experiences and reason for loyalty to help others realize just how fine a person is Brad Mercer. Thank you Brad!!!

  brad and the guys are always there for ya! If they do not have the part you need, which is not typical, they will do whatever they can to get it for you. Repairs are always performed in a very fast time.
