  I was very pleased with the service I received from J B Lawn Sprinklers, Inc from the very beginning with the office personnel who scheduled my appointment to the actual service technician, Tyler. I was impressed by the communication of the office reminding me of my appointment and Tyler calling me when he was about 30 minutes from my home. Tyler was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy what he does. Believe me, my system presented him with plenty of problems to diagnose and repair. He was very cordial during the visit and helped to get my system back up and running. Tyler is definitely an asset to this organization. I am happy to be operational once again. Just wish, I had called sooner! Thanks for the impressive service.

  Initially there was confusion regarding install date. Heather in the office was not only apologetic but more importantly worked diligently to get the call back on the calendar. Her professionalism and customer focus is rare today and very much appreciated. Tyler the service tech kept me informed and needed to return to complete the job - he told me he would return at a certain time & he did! Once job was completed, he reviewed the completed items to ensure everything we needed was done. Very pleased with JBLS,Inc.

  JB Lawn Sprinklers was very professional, courteous and friendly. I spoke and emailed with Kalen in the office and she communicated very clearly and was very responsive and attentive to details. A shout out to the technician Tyler M. who was very friendly, courteous and hardworking. I appreciate that he took the time to speak with us and answer any questions we had about our irrigation system. If you are looking for an irrigation company with excellent communication and customer service, this is it!
