      Short: Cons: Our experience with this company has been repeatedly awful. Their customer service is rude, denying mistakes that they made and blaming us. Giving conflicting information regularly. They have been late for service. They double charged for the same job, two different prices for the same project. They made mistakes and then charged us again for them to come and fix the mistakes they had made. Pro: one scheduler was polite and helpful. Service technicians we competent. Long: I called Hydro Pro to make an appointment to service a client. They gave me a date that was a Sunday, so I turned to my colleagues to ask if anyone could be there. Both confirmed and added it to the calendar. It stood out because we don't usually work on Sundays. It also stood out because it was several weeks away. We chalked all of it up to them being busy. I confirmed with the scheduler that one of us would meet the hydro-pro technicians on the date and reviewed what needed to be done. (The main feeder pipes on a garden irrigation system needed to be extended up). A few weeks later I got a call from the client confused about what hydro-pro was doing on the site and unsure of the work that needed to be done. By the time I received the message hydro-pro had left the job site. I went to check that the work had been done correctly. It had not. Extra pipes were sloppily added. The main feeder pipe remained the same. I called hydro-pro to ask why they had come before the scheduled date and what their plan was to fix the mistake. They rudely (and I'm a kind and patient person who has worked in the service industry my whole life and does customer service every day and this was just beyond.....) told me it was my mistake. That they had never scheduled me for that date and that it was my problem for not being there when they showed up. Two schedulers both insisted that I and my two colleagues were wrong. They made no effort to make it right. Weeks later I was finally able to get them back to address the issue. I confirmed the date several times as well as what needed to be done. They gave us a time at which they would arrive, 1pm , in our office plans were shifted around so someone could meet them. They came an hour and half late. Instead of 1 they came at 2:30 and when my colleague called the office to check in she was rudely gaslit by someone in the office who said they would never schedule something for 1pm. The techs however admitted to being late when they arrived. The techs were pleasant. On top of these communication issue there were issues around billing. Mainly the client being billed multiple times, for the same job date, with different prices. When I called to ask for clarification they were unable to help. The invoice that they sent for the second time they came to fix their mistake was over $200 for a half hour of work. Not only does it seem like their are communication issues within the company, but some members of their office staff are unpleasant and rude. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of anything. I continue to be disappointed and frustrated by this experience as do my co-workers who have been involved. I hope they will address these issues for future clients and recommend you not hire this company.

      I was looking for a section of hose and a fitting to repair a leaking set up with my well. After being totally disappointed at the Dome Creepo I went to Larry's in the Falls. While he was out he gave me the great advice to come here. Was greeted within seconds of walking in the door and within minutes of explaining what I needed had everything and was out the door! Great courteous service and will remember and recommend Hydro-Pro in the future. Felt great to take a shower. Thanks!

      I have never posted a review for anything but this company compelled me to do so. You would think they are launching a rocket into space with how complicated they make coming to open or close a sprinkler system, not only are the field employees rude and arrogant but so is the customer service, this is a horrible company to work with and I recommend never doing anything with them ever under any circumstance
