  I took my 2011 Ram 3500 in for an alignment. The shop called me after 6 hours of having my vehicle and told me that the ball joints needed to be replaced. The truck was inspected by two ASE certified mechanics from another local shop. This was not a true statement made by Co-op. After calling and confronting Co-op about this statement they admitted to me that the individual that normally does the alignments was not there. The person that was going to do my alignment had never done an alignment before and didn't feel comfortable with it. After a lengthy conversation I told them I would respect an honest opinion more than I would tell him in my truck needed parts. The truck was successfully taken care of by another tire shop with no parts needed. Either Coop was trying to scam me out of $1,200 for ball joints or just didn't want to admit that they couldn't do the alignment. I would avoid the car care center at all cost.
