  Stephen provided service at a good rate, but wouldn’t give me a specific day of the week he was able to mow and allowed his ride on mower to wear holes in my grass. He did EVENTUALLY notice the holes/patches of dirt and switched to manual mowing but not until the damage was long since done. He would fail to show up during the week and when I asked if he was still coming he would always say, “ oh, yeah. I took a couple days off and was on my way to you tomorrow.” This happened 3 times in as many months. Then out of nowhere, with no explanation says he is going to have to stop servicing our home. I really don’t get it. Also, there is no invoicing system. He only takes Apple Pay or cash. Just odd. I would not recommend this business. Stephen is a hard worker and is very kind but does not run his business like a full business. If you want predictability and communication, this is not the service you are looking for!

  Great costumer service, and lawn looks great. Ask for Steve, he does other services too sprinkler blowout, sprinkler repair, tree trimming and, shrub pruning.

  we knew about hook landscape from a recommendation through our landlord, who happens to be my sister's sister in law. when we hired him to do our lawn care in nampa, Steve was amazing. we are very pleased with his service. we then move to kuna, i asked if he also covers kuna, and he said yes, and that he covers all over treasure Valley. closer to the move husband told steve that we wouldn't be needing his services at nampa anymore since we are moving. he was very professional about it. When we moved to our house in Kuna, I contacted him if he could come to do some yard work for us, he texted us he will text us the time when he is able to. 3 weeks later we have not heard from him. then come to find out that he was also supposed to do yard work for my sister's house in meridian and he also never shown up to do the job. he agreed to do the job but then ghosted my brother in law when he tried to contact steve. I understand if he doesn't cover the area or are too busy to come, but a simple communication are expected. we are very disappointed with his actions especially since we were pleased with the job he provided when we rented in nampa.

  Sorry Ajeng I had to cut my season short due to equipment problems last year..
