  If I could leave a zero I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR MACHINES HERE! After having my bike for over 5 months for a front brake issue, and consistently dodging my calls by saying they couldn't get parts, I finally went in to see what the hold up was. They had apparently mixed up my bike with someone else's, because as soon as I asked in person the parts magically came in within a week. When I did finally get it back, it was obvious that they left it outside the whole time. The footrests are completely rusted from being left out in the snow. Besides that, NOW MY BACK BRAKE DOESN'T WORK. Horrible service. DO NOT BRING YOUR MACHINE HERE! You'll get it back in worse condition than you brought it.

  I started my experience in June 2020 with a phone call to Hando's about a 2021 Beta XTrainer. After finding out that they'd have some available by the end of summer 2020, I sent them a check for $1000 as a deposit on one of these bikes. I was told by Joe that normally their deposits are non refundable but he would make an exception for me after I expressed concern about potential layoffs at my place of work. I was fortunate enough to keep my job but we did have layoffs so I contacted Joe in August to cancel my dirtbike order and get my deposit back. After almost 8 months of countless calls, left messages, excuses and no deposit refund, I cannot suggest taking your business there.

  The people that work here are fantastic, helpful and nice to talk with. Took our two ATV's in for service. They couldn't have been more helpful. Just unhooked the trailer and they did the rest. Service was great, price was best we've ever had and the convenience was unbeatable. They had our trailer ready to hook up when we got there and we were on our way in a few minutes. We will be customers for life! Thanks Joe!!!
