  Called several times over several wks to get estimate on hardscaping. Finally owner Brian came out a month or so ago. Good mutual ideas & he made lotsa notes. Never got a thing. Left vmsgs 3x over past 2 wks - all ignored. Wasted a lot of my time - and his with his visit. Nice guy but no way to run a business. More biz than they can handle now but long term will fail with rudeness ignoring customers- noted in other reviews (& mine). Heard their work pricey but good. But Presumably bldg a bad reputation with horrible non-response & no reliability.

  Avoid this company at all costs!! You may think they are great, until you have a problem or need service. They never call or come back. They simply do not care about their customers concerns. Soon enough they will run out of customers to pay their prices! We have joined our neighbors in holy cross to move on to better companies! Good Luck!

  Caroline, After finally receiving payment 86 days after the requested work was completed on your property your customer status was placed in a different category with our organization. We consistently fronted all material costs, labor expenses, related overhead, and paid all disposal fees then waited patiently on an annual basis to be compensated. The services were never appreciated and each season the payments took months to receive! We can only listen to so many excuses such as not receiving an invoice or "the dog ate it". Your neighbors that you refer to just had our company install flowers for them earlier this week. The premier properties in your development where individuals stop and admire the landscaping have all been designed, installed, and are currently being maintained by our company. I am sorry that you are not included in our preferred customer category and wish you and Rob the best. -Brian Branthoover
