If you want a weed infested lawn, if you want very unhealthy soil and if you want to be totally ignored after repeated phone calls and emails then you must and I repeat, you must use this company for your lawn service! Case in point, the only reason I had to mow this early in the season was to cut back the out-of-control weeds. Because of the abrasive chemicals they use our top soil has been burned away exposing tree roots and ground soil throughout the yard. In addition, for their fall overseeding the seed quality is a absolute joke! Now, all of the above was going to be a topic of discussion but they have yet to return my repeated phone calls or respond to my emails. This company and the lack of service they provide is nothing more then a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

My yard has improved 100% over the last 2 years.  Curtis does an awesome job.

David and his crew have been fantastic.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  They go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with their service.

We greatly value the loyal 7 years you did business with us and hate to end such a long relationship due to economic growth. As was explained, we are making great efforts to convert our small business to a paperless company. However, these changes are not occurring immediately, we will continue to mail billing statements throughout 2022. My lawn is not in good condition at all and they have been servicing it for 3 years.

STAY AWAY!!  I was a customer of Growin Green until recently.  I requested a quote last fall, and Chuck came out the next day to evaluate my yard.  Chuck was professional and discussed all the options available to me.  After I agreed on the course of action for my yard, my account was handed over to the route manager Rodney.  It seems that the route manager oversees all aspects of what and when the account will be serviced.  This is where customer service went downhill fast.  They received their payment every month... but to get them to do the service was like pulling teeth.  Excuse after excuse as to why he's not performing his duties.   I requested that Rodney meet at the house to discuss how I can elevate the health of my grass.  I can only meet after 3pm (due to work), I was told "I'll be on my way home at that time" and didn't provide an alternative  option to meet. He seemed like he wasn't interested in helping.   I purchased 5 fungicide applications to be done every 28 days.  I only received 2 in the time period that 4 were to be done, and now I have to reseed half my 7500 square foot backyard  due to fungus kill. I requested a soil test in early spring.  Someone collected the samples and received no response as to the results or what needed to change.  Not even sure if the test was completed.  I also requested that I receive a 24 hour notice prior to application because my dog may be in the yard.  Not once was I notified 24 hours out.  I cancelled the service a couple of weeks ago and just found out that a neighbor of mine was experiencing similar with Rodney, and cancelled his contract.  I hope  the ownership Jonathan Rigsby(?)  takes this serious, because he's going to loose a whole lot more customers.
