  I bought my home in May 2006 and chose Green Valley Sod for my bare, hard and rocky dirt yard. (LOL!) I just wanted to say that my grass has always been very hearty, very thick, deep green in color and is exposed mostly in the sun (besides the shade from a few small trees and the fence). We have 3 dogs, and each spring I go out to “fix the dog spots“ in our yard (raking the spots, placing seed and peat moss atop ~ watered well daily). I can’t tell you how many times I have bought high $$$ seed from Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc., and it ALWAYS turns out to be quack grass, won’t grow at all ( because it’s been in storage and didn’t sell last year) or comes in so sparse and “weak.” This year I decided to call Green Valley, explain my situation and to see if they also sold grass seed. They do! I just wanted to say that I have been so happy with my thick, lovely green grass (purchased from them 12 years ago & installed myself), that it is well WORTH IT to ALSO buy their SEED! 🤗 If you are a new homeowner, need sod grass or even seed your lawn yourself, you could not chose a better company for quality and customer service. They have been nothing but 100% perfect for us...I think that after 12 years of having this grass, if I was unhappy, it would show. I have had not one complaint about them, or the quality of their grass and seeds. ❤️ HEARTY TO THE CORE!
