  Absolutely do not use this company. They were extremely late in treating my Lawn in the spring which caused our entire lawn to be covered in crabgrass. I contacted them several times to come back to fix my Lawn with zero response. Would not return calls or emails. Now they expect payment and threaten small claims court. My Lawn never looked so bad after using this company. Stay far away!

  I used them for about 3-4 years now and finally cut the cord. Not sure where to start.. Kathy, typical sales person was pushy with just about everything, the quality decreased year over year and when I brought up concerns, it was blamed on the weather, "its been to hot, no rain" ( just for the record, I have a 12 zone sprinkler system that waters the lawn 1 - 2x daily during the summer ) to the polar opposite, "there's just been to much rain". I felt they never took accountability for their service. I started getting phone calls at 6, 6:30 in the morning even when I told them my property was unavailable because I was on vacation. I tried getting quotes for new seeding or extra treatments for troubled areas and was just sent me a quote based on my yard size, which is completely inaccurate... My average yearly payment to them was roughly $1800 just for treatments... I'm sure I can find someone with better customer service and who cares about their customers for that price.

  We had a lawn put in last season and continue to use this company to maintain it this season -- as well as flea and tick treatments. They come and do a great job, and are always happy to answer all of my questions after they are done. If I call the office at any time, they are happy to have someone address a concern and or come out and look at it very timely. Adding as well--- they had to kill the previous lawn and start from scratch due to an error on another companies part. The lawn looks amazing! Will continue to use them. Everyone I have met is fabulous thus far.
