My husband is a polio victim, we were at Lakeview ER last Saturday, this lawn service had just cut their grass. I had to move my car to pick my husband up and the guy blowing was angry I’m guessing because I parked there and he kept blowing around my car, it had started to sprinkle and the trash stuck all over my car. Even when my husband got to the car, the guy could see he was on crutches and handicap, but just kept blowing. Peter, the owner, if you don’t believe it, Lakeview has the camera footage. The guy was doing this deliberately.
