Wanting to charge me $42 bi-weekly for 900 SQ ft of lawn, when I would be cutting in the week in between.... And never came out to see the property or talk to me about what I wanted.

$42 is not a quote you got from us. Our minimum is $35. We charge in increments of $5 (35, 40, 45, ETC ). You may have left a review, to the wrong company. company

Unprofessionalism at its best. GG was supposed to cut my lawn about 2 weeks ago. The day of, I get a text from Ryan stating that my sod hasn't rooted and they were unable to cut my grass. I immediately replied, mentioning to ignore the area in question (about 1/8 of my total lawn) because that sod is dead/needs to be replaced but that all of the other sod is rooted and ok to cut. I received no response. The next day, I reach out again and ask why my grass wasn't cut. I was then informed that my grass was "too high." While my grass had yet to be cut since the sod was laid, it was only about 6 inches in height, which is well within the scope of a lawn maintenance company. That is their job, after all. Additionally, even with a rudimentary lawnmover and tall grass, one just has to lift the blades, which will result in a longer cut but still completely doable. Needless to say, it's abundantly clear that professionalism is a priority for this company. None of their reasoning for the lack of service made sense. I would have been better off having a neighborhood kid cut my grass, which is exactly what I did.

Sorry for any inconvenience, we have not begun service on your property as you stated because your sod is not rooted. This poses a liability whether the rest of your lawn is rooted or not, which we would not like to discover once we start our motors up and tear it up.
