  Excellent services! Powerwashed home, and, to my surprise, the house looks immaculate! The house looks totally different and beautiful! The level of communication and professionalism towards the client surpassed my experiences. Overall, experience was great and I strongly recommend this company.

  My husband called to have our gutters serviced and cleaned. Someone came to our home the same day. We were impressed with the speed of service, quality, and affordability. We’ll definitely use them again for our future needs!

  I called General Maintenance Services on a Thursday for cleaning of our gutters. I got an estimate and time for 5:00pm Friday, the next day. They didn't show up nor call. I called again on Monday to find out why they didn't show up, and I was told that they "were here and there and busy". I was given another time and date of Tuesday at 5:30. Again no show and no call. My husband called on Thursday, and he was told Friday at 6:pm. Needless to say, again no show and no call to explain why...so very unreliable!

  Thank you for your concern. We did contact you to make changes and we spoke about them over the phone in which you agreed. On Friday we contacted you, because it was raining and we had to reschedule due to hazard, since we did not hear back from you we had to move our crew to other projects. We do have a high volume of work load and we try our best to provide our best customer service to our clients. We are located in the mid valley and although we provide services all over the valley we have to schedule accordingly and with ample time. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to re-schedule services. Give us a chance to proof the quality of our services. Have an amazing day.
