  On their first aeration visit they broke the corner off my concrete backyard patio, presumable with their aerator. We discovered it the morning after the work was done. About 6 weeks later they cracked my dining room window presumably with a flying rock from the lawn edger, again we discovered it the morning after their visit. Since we are an elderly couple in our 60's with no children or grandchildren living here and we have a locked, fenced backyard where both incidents occurred, we have little doubt they were responsible for both. I had the tools & skill to repair the patio. However, I do not have the tools or skill to repair the window. When I talked to the manager of the business, she assured me she would look at the window & decide if they may be at fault. They then stopped all service, never looked at the window & have not answered any phone messages, texts & a final letter. In addition, I have a credit balance at the company she promised to refund, that was never done either. They have not handled this matter with any honesty or integrity.
