Just bought an eXmark zero turn from these folks. Process was easy, Stephen was helpful. The delivery turnaround was fast, and the guy took the time to go over the mower with me.

Honest, straight forward and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. 4/28/2020, I purchased a Stihl KM-56 power head, with trimmer and edger attachments. Stihl was running a sale on this model. This dealer was knowledgeable about the details of the sale and answered all my questions before the purchase. They filed the warranty for me online before I left the store. They really seemed care about winning your business. I would definitely give them my business again in the future.

Bought a Hustler Zero Turn mower from Fredricks this week.  Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.   They spent the time needed to explain options of the different mowers and that was a big help in selecting just the right mower for my needs. Upon pick up the once again spent the time to make sure I knew everything about the mower. Friendly quality service.  I Highly recommend them.

FREDRICK'S has gotten me out of a bind more times than I can count. I appreciate their professional and hard working team! They are dependable, affordable, and care about their customers. I appreciate all of their help over the years. If I could give more stars I would!!

They sell good equipment, just pray you don't need anything serviced.  I've taken the same mower to them for repair six times this year; the mower was eight months old the first time I took it for repair.  Most of the people working there seem to be nice, but they can not fix my mower.  Because they can not fix my $450 mower, I am forced to pay someone $60 to cut my yard as my mower sits in their shop each week.  I'm now told that my three year warranty does not cover the carberator, and I will need to pay to have that fixed.  This shop is a sham, please don't waste your time here, at least with repairs.  They didn't call Honda to log any of the problem I've had so Honda can not give me a replacement mower.  That's another thing, they will not give me an interiem mower so I now pay to have someone cut my yard.  Go to Mel Luna in Jackson, you get a better deal, free equipment, and much better serivce if needed.

Dear Justin, I saw your review today.  I regret that you did not find your experience with us satisfactory.  We strive for every customer to be pleased with both our work and our attention to their needs.  I researched the history of what I believe to be your identity(Mr. Sendelweck)  and found where we possessed your mower for a warranty repair for a week in May, then again we had it for a non-warranty repair that we did not charge labor for in late June.  We were late in filing for warranty reimbursement with Honda on the warranty repair, so there was no repair history with them.  Honda does not give replacement mowers, only pays the dealer to repair defects.  We fairly and honestly represent both our manufacturers and our customers.   Sometimes repairs lead to us getting caught in the middle between a customer that doesn't think they are responsible for the situation and the manufacturer which will only pay the dealer to repair a clear defect in design or assembly. We brought our brand new push mower to them in July in after accidentally running over a bolt. They were extremely slow in getting back to us but ultimately said the crankshaft was busted and would cost $250 to replace. We authorized this and over two weeks later get a call saying there was "unseen" damage to frame and that it would now be more time and $500. So it is now August and we are without lawnmower and they are up parts. Did not trust that this would be accurate or fair and find it shady that damage to frame extensive enough to prevent functionality was not seen in initial work up. I don't mind waiting for quality, but after this treatment,  We have no trust that this would fix the issue as initial estimate was neither accurate nor timely. Now August and without a mower. Thanks.

Hello Dianne, I don't believe that we have met.  Your Honda mower was not purchased from us, but we gladly took it in for repair.  The mower which was brought to us on 07/19/17 has the worst bent crankshaft that we have seen in many years.  We quoted the replacement of that bent crankshaft on 07/27/2017 as well as the parts related to the severe impact it suffered.  My technician proceeded to repair the mower and went as far as installing the new shaft in the engine after it was removed.  When starting to re-install the engine on 08/03/2017 we found the multiple stress cracks that had appeared in the deck.  If we were indeed "shady", we would have re-installed your engine and let you take home a dangerous and faulty piece of equipment.  I was informed that you or your husband possibly ran an extremely vibrating and obviously affected piece of equipment for a long time after the impact of the "bolt", which resulted in the stress cracks in the frame.  We are now faced with parts to try to return or use elsewhere, lost labor time for which we have not been compensated, and a bad review for simply looking out for your best interests.  I understand your frustration, but we did not cause your problem and are only the bearers of the bad news.  I invite you to call me to discuss further or better yet come by in person to see for yourself the damage that was inflicted on your mower before we received it.

Bought a honda self propelled lawnmower.
Fast, friendly, great price.
Same price as home depot but I didn't get it in a box, already had gas and oil.
