  Always helpful. Willing to order anything I can't find in store. On more than one occasion the employees came from behind the counter to help me out with different options, depending on the project. No complaints.

  Staff have not worn masks for the entire duration of the pandemic, and pointedly ignore social distancing. Management appears to be more interested in making a political statement than in keeping their customers safe. I will never shop here again; lumber/hardware stores in Houghton far safer and friendlier.

  Great store. I have been buying stuff here for over 20 years and have seen the best. As for the negative consider the source they are usually complaining because it is them. You get what you ask for. Great service.
