  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They were very professional to come out, give us an estimate, and request a commitment from us to pay. That is where professionalism ended. We were scheduled, and rescheduled, for 3 weeks with the excuse of bad weather, but no other explanation. Today was the day they were finally coming. When they didn’t show up, we contacted Austin, with Elkhorn, about the crew not showing up. We received a message that we had been on the schedule for today, but they weren’t coming and we would need to find another company to do our work. When we responded that we were not happy and would be sharing our experience and their unacceptable business practices with friends, neighbors and on-line reviews, we received a call. Austin said they had a break in and robbery and that was their reason for refusing to do work they had agreed to do. The break in had never been mentioned with the multiple reschedules. We have to question whether it was even true. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  Austin and the team at Elkhorn were highly professional and we are very pleased with the value and aesthetic of their work! We booked them for a spring clean up, sod installation, and plant/shrub installation. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
