Doug sold me a rotary mower that didn't have grease zirks in rear wheel spindles so I had to tap the holes and install them myself.  Meanwhile I had a grapple on order, and he kept telling me for three months it would be in "next week" because they were behind, until I ordered it from a another dealer and had it in two weeks. He smiles a lot and lies to your face.  Typical owners son.  Take your  business elsewhere.

I really enjoy doing business with Edwards Equipment. They have a great selection of equipment and parts in stock. I often look to them for advice and recommendations concerning equipment needs and value their opinion when making a purchase. It is nice having a dealer nearby when I need parts for my Kubota, Stihl and Honda lawn care equipment. They also have a nice inventory of rental equipment when needed. It is a locally owned, family owned business and I have never had a bad experience in my 15 years of doing business with them.

I bought my Ariens mower at a big box store, and Edwards did some warranty service for me. They are fast and friendly. Had some additional service done the next year... fair prices too. I'll be buying my next mower from Edward's.

The reputation of this service shop is absolutely solidified by the experience I have had with them. The personnel representing the organization at the service desk are unfriendly and impatient. Additionally, the service department will inflate the cost of repair and refuse to submit work for warranty coverage in lieu of profit. I elected to take my mower from their shop because of these variables and in fact the damages were covered by the manufacturer AND the estimated repair costs by Edwards were proven to be drastically inflated.

Avoid this company at all costs for service.

Amazing customer assistance. I went in looking for a tractor and wasn't sure about the size. The sales associate answered all of my questions and stayed open late so that I was satisfied with the provided information. He also didn't want my phone/email to harass me about buying a tractor. He said when you're ready to buy we'll be here. Grade A service.
