  We have used Easy Peasy for over a year for lawn services. Someone always picks up when I call, and their team is always on time when they come out to spray. Our yard is much healthier thanks to Easy Peasy!

  Set up an appointment, company never showed up, nor did they contact me. Said they didn't come due to the weather, nor poor weather was reported or in the area. Then when I called them they proceeded to tell me that they would be her on a weather alert day, when I advised that I didn't want them coming, due to it was being reported that the weather was going to be bad ( and it was), I was told that "We live in the Gulf Coast, and cannot predict the weather". Well I was born and raised here for 60 years, I know how our weather is. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  We have had bad weather through out the month and many services had to be moved. Unfortunately, we did not notify this customer personally, we dropped the ball. We tried to reschedule and the customer did not want it on the day we suggested and wanted it later the next week, which was not possible. We were told she wanted to cancel our services.

  They did a fantastic job spraying the weeds in a timely manner at my office. Ron is a great communicator and does a very thorough job.
