  I have the best neighbors in the world but unfortunately a lot of these lawn care companies and other services have no problem using the neighbors' yards to access the customer's yard (without permission from the property owners). Ive been treating my lawn and just asked the one guy to please not drive across my yard to access the neighbors (I saw tracks the width of his riding mower on the grass that were not there before their arrival). He denied it and seemed to blame it on my neighbor (who doesn't even use a riding mower). I'm more than happy to allow use of my yard if it will help my neighbors, but please ask permission from the property owners if you will be driving over their lawn (they may be treating the grass). And if asked if you drove over my lawn, please don't deny it and blame it on the neighbors. to be fair, it looks like they do pretty good work. My neighbor's yard always looks good, but please respect the neighbors. Thanks.
