He took the money before finishing (hardly started) the job, then left claiming he hit a chunk of cement that was rounded from a post, when all of our posts are square. He then ignored all my calls until I told him that I'm taking legal action. At that point he told me he was doing me a favor because the lawn was so bad nobody else would cut it. Well neither did he! We rented a brush hog and had it done in under two hours. I intend on taking him to small claims court.
