We were given a window for when the technician would come from 12 - 4. The technician arrived almost at 12 on the dot! He clearly explained everything that he needed to do to treat the house and cleaned up nicely after. This is not the first time we've worked with Dial. Each time has been as pleasant of an experience as possible, when dealing with mold or insects. They will always be our first call to deal with these types of problems.

Dial is by far the most professional company I have used for the upkeep of my home. All of the people in each field of service are outstanding technicians. Other companies give you cookie cutter service. Not Dial, they tailor all the treatments for your particular situation. The Dial folks are also extremely friendly & respectful. As a realtor I see how other companies work & frankly no one is up to the level of this fine company. It was very easy to sign up for a plan over the phone. Joe was thorough, helpful and friendly during the setup visit. It's also great to know that requests for help in between the quarterly appointments are free. I have great peace of mind knowing that Dial is monitoring and protecting our home from pests -- at a very reasonable cost.
