  They came out in June 2021 and did opening and repairs. However, the sprinkler dig ups I the backyard were poorly done and not fully buried. In the front yard, they completely missed three sprinklers which we didn't immediately notice as we're new to owning a home with sprinklers. The water to the house cannot be left on as the water never shuts off to the sprinklers, which I assume has to do with the valves, at least one of which was replaced but none of which are working. When I reached out to get the issues addressed just a few weeks later, I was told it wouldn't be possible until August and it felt like there was an implication the cost of the visit to finish what I already paid for would be on me.

  Emily, Its not uncommon for valves to get stuck on, from various reasons, such as: Debris inside the valve, Age of valve Rust, corrosion Freeze damage etc Unfortunately, not all these issues present themselves at the time of service. The return trips this year have been brutal This year.... We are scheduled out a month in advance. We do keep a cancellation list to give other options on getting there quicker. We are hiring more staff to help with this issue. Dan

  Very unprofessional! when calling to change appointment dates I receded multiple harassing text messages from Dan. Telling me "Your killing me ... I purposely rammed this into the schedule to accommodate your concrete guys... How do I fill the appointment hole you just causes. If your not willing to compensate us a minimum $70 I don't want to continue our working relationship. I did lot of consulting for free, and then you cancel!" Mind you he did no work for me and no consulting. This guy has issues and not sure he is trustworthy. beware if you higher them to do sprinkler work.

  Karl, You don't care about anyone but yourself, you dont respect peoples time, effort, the ability to run a business. At the end of the day you cancelled your appointment the same day , 2 hours before we were supposed to show up... And yes we bent over backwards to accommodate you, and your schedule. I actually told you to wait and see what was going on with the repair before you called us out, but no, you wanted the security blanket right there when the concrete guys were done, to fix whatever was needed... Then its like, oh i was just kidding, its not that bad after all, i need to cancel... There were no "threatening texts" just a hope that would do the right thing.... In the end, I'm glad you revealed yourself Have a great day :-) Dan

  Dan's Sprinklers is INCREDIBLE. I had a very bad experience with a different company. I called Dan to repair their mistakes. Dan called me right away and tried to walk me through fixing it for free. When we couldn't find the answer he sent out his team and they were all very professional. They are now my go to sprinkler company. They have earned a lifelong customer.
