  Ever since we started service with them it has always been a challenge to get a hold of them. The entire year they have been behind on our treatments and our yard is full of weeds. I asked to be out on the list for overseeding and they said they didn't have me on the list when I asked about it when I signed up. Now they are telling me they might get to it in the next 2 weeks. It will be to late by then. Will most likely be going elsewhere next year.
