  Two weeks ago a representive from Cowboy Tree Services came out to my house to check out a couple of trees I wanted trimmed, he gave me a quote and told me it would be two weeks for them to get back to me with a time they could come back do the work. I said that would be fine because I needed time to let my supervisor at work know that I would need at least a day or two off so I would be home and for someone to pick my two nephews up from school if needed. I never heard back from them and when I tried to call them to try and schedule a day they could come to my house, the phone rang three or four times before it went to an answering machine. I left a message, but I never heard anything back from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone simply on their unprofessionalism towards potential customers.

  Hi Stacey, I am so sorry that this has happened. You stated that someone came out to your house a couple weeks ago, I have searched my calendar and we only have one Stacey on our calendar for this month and that customer has already been taken care of. I do not delete voicemails simply for this issue and I do not have a voicemail from anybody still waiting to be scheduled. Do you think its possible you have our company confused with another company? Either way I am just so sorry that this has happened. We take pride in giving all of our customers great service.   Just happened to stop by their garden shop for the first time today. Very cool assortment of concrete garden pieces and all sorts of other cool decor. Will definitely be back.
