  I hired Conover Fence last year to finish a fence tie-in on both sides of my property. At first everything was great and their communication was amazing. The lady who runs the office was absolutely awesome. It was about 40 to 50 feet of fence so it took them a couple hours and the price was very high but it is a sellers market so I understand if I don’t do it myself I should expect that. However after completing the job I noticed that the latch had split the board on one side and they used treated wood for one section (and only one section) that wouldn’t take stain and immediately was bowing (terrible stain job was my doing as I didn’t realize what was wrong). They also didn’t follow the pre-determined property line and installed the fence on top of my sprinkler head even though there was an existing fence and property stake. After calling the office multiple times I was assured that the owner (who installed it) would get back to me to discuss but never did. Overall when you spend >2.5k on such a small job you expect it to get that type of attention. In the end Jean was amazing and their speed to finish the job led to 4 stars but I was less than impressed.

  We just moved to Bozeman and needed quite a bit of work done on our house. My fence with Conover was the easiest and most pleasant experience dealing thus far. Bill and Jean are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The work crew seemed like a fine tuned machine of about 5-6 workers, the whole project took only 2 work days. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, the fence is beautiful! I definitely recommend them!

  I am over the moon pleased with the wood and wire fence Conover Fence installed. Everyone I visited with, from Jean and Bill, to the installation crew, was friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and professional. I was extremely impressed with how quickly the process took place---from the initial meeting with Jean to the contract and finished fence. And, it is always a plus to work with professionals who are genuinely fantastic people. I highly recommend Conover Fence.
