I just have to say that our technician Ryan is so friendly and professional. We moved to a new house and when he came by to provide our quarterly service in January he was just ecstatic for us with our new location! It was such a warm, friendly, personal feeling that I had to write and express how amazing he is. Thank you for continuing to provide such personal service to us.

You guys should have at least one other 'plan.' No matter how you look at it, $600+ per year is too much. Especially if you consider the fact the whether does all the work nearly 1/3 of the year.

They actually say on Invoice that they “inspect for rodent-friendly conditions”. When I went over with Gardner the entire back yard was full with months of household trash…so even though in their report they said they removed spider webs they never mentioned trash. They obviously were never there but still charged me for service they never did. Tenant is gone and si is Clark. Do not trust them, they virtually are stealing monies!
