Never rent here. I was scheduled to rent a dump trailer 6x12 and got there not knowing that they wouldn't let me rent it because I have a 1500 3/4 ton Silverado pickup. First of all, they never told me that on the phone. Allen is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate on the phone. Their policy is the dumbest policy I've seen and leads to no good in customer satisfaction. Noting heavy was going to haul just for the fact it has a dump system and is easier for dumping anything. Annoying and ridiculous! They are disorganized and need to be another person at the front desk helping out because I had to wait 10 minutes for Allen to get off the phone with a client. Lots of improvement needs to be made!

Jake I apologize that you had a bad experience. We have a policy of a 3/4 ton truck or larger to haul any of our dump trailers larger then a one yard dump trailer for everyone’s safety in stopping the trailer if needed. An F150 or a 1500 in other models are a 1/2 ton unfortunately. We try and tell everyone that reserves one as a standard procedure the size needed as well as have signage posted. Again I apologize for the inconvenience in having to wait, We are actively hiring.

Botten's was a pleasure to work with. I was working from the ATL area to plan a rehearsal dinner in McMinnville. Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful and responsive. They have absolutely anything you could think of to make an event successful. They were very accommodating, flexible and patient with this anxious mom planning an event from across the country! Thank you Botten's for helping to make our event happen! I truly couldn't have done it without you guys.
