  Kellie made this experience a great one for us. She provided all the details we needed, gave us a claim stub for our blower and said it shouldn't take too long as they were at a slow period now. Jesse called a few days later and our repair was completed. Went back to pick up equipment and Jesse showed me how to correctly start it. Again, Kellie was very sweet and took care of me quickly.

  Mgr. Is a hothead and talks down to employees in front of customers. I wouldn't take anything to be repaired at this business
