  Great family run business. Came out and did a great job on our lawn....all across the entire acre plus of property a few days ago... Loved how nice they were...on time and great work! Highly recommend!

  Poor communication skills. Never got a definitive answer as when the mowing would be done. Short answers with no detail. I had to initiate the conversation ever time over a four day period. After four days I still didn't know when they would mow the yard. If they weren't taking on new customers at the time, recent rainy weather, or they have a backlog of customers to get to first...should have just told me from our first text communication. Don't be evasive with potential customers. I'd understand if you were too busy and behind schedule at the time. Just tell me. I found someone else to mow the very next day. I don't if your business does quality mowing or not...just comunicate better from the outset.

  Was already working on a shortened Labor day week, with on and off rain. We were already running behind from previous weeks rain. Mornings were to wet and afternoons were used catching up for recurring customers. I told Jerry I would let him know when I could get there, this was Wednesday it is now Friday. I have no choice but to do my contracted customers first, before a one time mow. Did not tell him a date, because the weather has been unpredictable and I didn't know myself, but I would have gotten to it.
