  I've used Artscape Landscaping personally for years, as well as referred them to numerous happy clients through my busy real estate business. Jayson has consistently gone the extra mile when I've called with a crisis, whether from sprinkler systems gone amok or snowed packed driveway barriers blocking a final walk-through, or a delivery truck getting high centered and demolishing my retaining wall. I've learned that whatever I need, I can count on his skilled crew to quickly come to my rescue and save the day. That is no small thing.

  Jayson plowed snow for us for 2 years. The first year he took out a few sprinkler heads and our company replaced them, which was not a problem. We met Jayson on site the following summer and showed him where all the sprinkler heads were and the best way to avoid hitting them. He said he understood and would replace any that he might hit. Last winter he took out all but 3 of the heads at this location. We tried contacting Jayson multiple times throughout the summer, and he never called us back. After about 7-10 attempts to reach him by phone we emailed him, and he told us he would not be repairing them because he did not have a contract with us nor did he install the sprinkler system, even though he damaged them. We were willing to work with him, but he did not handle this professionally and we will not be using him any longer.
