I have enjoyed Anthem servicing my home. They do there quarterly services and if I have any issues in between they come out right away at no additional charge. The techs are friendly and professional. They respect my property and rashee great care in putting on the shoe covers when they have to enter my home. Gerald has taken the time to explain the service he is providing and has a great personality. I have not had problems with ants or spiders since they have been servicing my home. And when I did have a ant mound show up. They came right out and treated my lawn and it was gone!

The main office always does a great job checking to see if you would like the inside treated and getting everything scheduled. Edin was very professional by making sure to call 30 minutes before. He also took the time to point out we had some opening that we should close up on the outside, to prevent bugs from getting in.

Gerald did our service this time and I was very impressed. He was very helpful and courteous and very thorough. He got rid of all of the cobwebs that have accumulated on our eaves, which other techs have not always done. He went and treated down in the unfinished basement without being prompted, which again techs have not done in the past. I would want him to be my permanent tech!
