We've been using them for a couple years and All Terrain is honestly the best!! Right now we use them for their snow removal services and they've done an amazing job. We got a lot of snow, (just like everyone else did) and it's been so nice to not have to worry about having to clean the driveway,  front door, and the sidewalk. They always come in a timely manner and they even send out texts before it's snows to give us a game plan to keep us in the know. Definitely recommend them for any of their services!

My experience with All Terrain has been amazing. They take extreme pride in their work. They address any problem I have had with the care of my lawn. The staff is polite and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I have been using All Terrain for a couple years now to manage and fight off the broadleaf weeds and dandelions. You can really see the difference when you see a clear line of green weed-free grass vs the neighbors yard full of weeds. Really shows how great the products they use are. Aside from weed control I have been using them for thatch removal. The time and effort it has saved me from doing this myself is well worth every penny. Not only are their products and service great, but every time I have communicated with All Terrain the customer service has been second to none.

We've used All Terrain for a couple years now and our yard looks great. Not a single weed in sight! The customer service is awesome when calling in or when the team comes to our home - it's just a cherry on top of the quality service they do every time! Definitely recommend All Terrain!

They did our annual spring yard clean up this year. They did such a good job that my neighbor across the street called to tell me how good my yard looked! She also said, they worked hard and covered everything from cleaning up dead plants, to removing all those pesky pinecones, to mowing the yard and trimming the bushes. She couldn't believe how much they transformed my yard. (I was at work so didn't see them in action.) The fact that they did such a good job even when I wasn't there to watch impressed me the most. They've been taking care of our yard for a few years and I've never had one complaint. They've always made it look great. These guys are the real deal - professional, hard working, and they take pride in their work. What more could you want?

They have a hard time following  one simple request and that was to call before you come (not text) but call. Takes less that 20 seconds to call and say were coming out tomorrow.  I have had three conversations about them calling ahead of time and all three have been on deaf ears. We would have no idea they were coming until we saw the flag in our yard .They would spray over "EVERYTHING" dogs toys, lawn equipment, grandkids toys and whatever else that was in their way.  We could have picked up that stuff if we would have known ahead of time. They don't care about the customers needs. Go with someone else who does. Were moving on.

Pat, we're really sorry this was your experience with us. It's evident your multiple requests fell on deaf ears as we had no notes in our system that you demanded a call and not a text, despite it being very easy for us to input notes while on the phone with a customer. It's also very surprising that we sprayed over everything as that's not how we train our team, nor how most customers' experiences go with us. We moved to Fargo two years ago and hired All Terrain for our lawn care.  They have been terrific to work with!  Besides the great service and staff, we have learned about the many ways All Terrain is helping the community!

All Terrain was quick to come out and spray my yard once I reached out. My yard used to look like a dumpster fire with all the weeds growing on it. It took about 4-5 days for all the weeds to dry out. It’s been about a 4 weeks and no new weeds have popped up yet. I’m scheduled to get another spray in July since their service was great! I’d recommend to a friend for sure.
