  This review would be more favorable if the hadn't made a few issues. The company set an appointment to plant, add trees to existing landscaping, and add rocks to landscaping, along with Spring cleanup. The rocks were not done to specifications and extended as far as we required. They also buried my edging instead of taking the few minutes it would have to lift it.,although we ran through the plans a number of times prior. The gentleman that assessed the situation was knowledgeable but dismissive. One of my trees was planted with the ball out of place, and one of the landscapers left his dirty cigar tip in my rocks. Also,one of the plants they planted turned out to be faulty and died within a day, despite watering as told. After countless calls, (Zuba, the receptionist/assistant is cool and helpful) the guy who assessed and did the write up came back and admitted fault, even referring to the plant as "cooked". He then told me that they would replace it, but moreao faster of I got "more work done". After requesting an invoice to see if it got me anywhere, I received one, for work I technically did not need. I have yet to hear from them and my plant is the ONE thing I hope they fix. They inquired about being my lawn care provider, but I don't think I'd do business with them ever .

  I used All American lawn this year for the 1st time, they did my spring clean up. Wow!!!!! Great service, and professional. It would take me all day, to do what they did in two hours, and just Wow!!!!! Great job guys. Thank you again.
