Cory and his team did a great job installing our coastal pier posts. The team was meticulous from install through the clean up. Thanks guys, job well done!

I was very impressed with their work! When I got home the the yard was clean, my driveway had been swept off and it was just left in the best possible manner that they could have done it. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Great job!

Corey and his crew did an amazing job installing a large paver patio around a new pool.The attention to detail was outstanding.  The project was completed on time and on budget.   Great customer communication  throughout the project. They also are a very good reliable weekly lawn service and do fantastic tree work.  I would give 10 stars if I could!

Best customer service - on the phone and in person.  Albemarle installed our sod - removed trees and stumps, fixed a water drainage problem and cleaned our yard of large branches after a hurricane.  The mowing crew is exceptional.  They have never failed to please us in the 3 years we have lived here.  Pleasant & professional - they are the Best!

I couldn't be more disappointed in this company.  We spent $12,000 on sod in 2020 and signed up for yard service.  The initial install went well (hence the two star review), but follow up service and communication was non-existent.  We watched our new sod deteriorate and turn into mud.  My wife called too many times to count to try and brainstorm solutions and ask for help.  That is the whole point of hiring a landscaping company right?  Ultimately it was decided we needed to trim trees to let in light.  We agreed and signed contracts.  We were told last fall we would get top priority due to the issues and they were sorry.  Here we are in May and after several direct phone calls we are now being told they will get to us in June for the promised tree work.  No thank you

Great service, fair prices, crew did an excellent tree removal and trimming job, and cleaned up after they were done.

This is now an Edited response to my prior review.  After receiving direct communication on my situation, things went much better.  I cannot in good conscience take a 1 star all the way back to 5 and say everything's perfect, but everything I needed done is now done, I received accurate communication and info, the owner's personal crew came and did the work very well and reviewed each item with me as they went through and completed it.  I would definitely use this service provider again for the remaining yard work we are looking at in the future.

Chase and his team showed up to work when they arrived at our home!  They had the right tools, knowledge and did a phenomenal job of removing large dead trees and overgrown shrubs.  Each worker was meticulous, efficient and safe in their work habits. The pricing was fair and competitive.  I highly recommend this company!

Albemarle Landscapes & Tree service has taken care of our "yard" for over 6 years.  We have retained them for Spring & Fall cleanup as well as monthly trimming, weed control & clean up during the summer season. Additionally, any extra care that the landscaping may need during the year is just a call away! The crew does a great job & is extremely reliable.
The tree service is also top notch. The crew is knowledgeable, with an eye to aesthetics. Meticulous cleanup.

What a ripoff!  They came out, looked at our property and said what we wanted done "..should be a full days job..." and then quoted a price of $2400.00.  I thought it was very high and told them so but in the end I reluctantly agreed to let them do it.  They came out, did a good job and left in less than 3 hours - I asked for some concession as part of the reason I reluctantly agreed was that it was to be a full days work.  They declined offer a payment plan.  Over $800. per hour is highway robbery in my opinion so I strongly suggest doing your homework (as I did not, get a number of quotes) before you hire these people.
In your response you said you did reduce your quote but you failed to say it was  - from $2500 to $2400 - big deal.  I did not want a payment plan I wanted a fair price!  In the contract I signed there was, as you say no mention of how long the job would take - but ask your employee if he told my wife  "... this is pretty much a full day job.."  Then you come in and are done in LESS THAN 3 HOURS - or $800 per hour.

Not good, not fair.

Mr. Mollenhauer- We are very sorry that you are unhappy with our company. We did reduce the original estimate down for you after you said that you were unhappy with the first price that was quoted. No where in the estimate that you signed were you promised any specific amount of time that the full crew and all the equipment would be on site. You told the crew the scheduled day of the work and the office staff in an email that the guys did a great job with the work that you had requested to be done when you emailed in and asked again for a discounted rate on the work that was performed. We offered you a payment plan, which you declined.
