  I have been using APS for pest control for the past ten years. I live in an area of Birmingham that is overrun with HUGE cockroaches. Luckily, they are no problem for me! Rarely do I ever see one in or around my home, and when I do they are already exterminated. I LOVE APS and their customer service is spot on. Would recommend to everyone.

  Horrible bookkeeping. My bank inadvertently forward a payment to APS and they forward the payment to the new owners of the house and refused to send me refund. The account manager is rude and unprofessional, and refuse to refund me my money. I spoke with representative about the refund earlier this year, and they stated that they were going to research my refund. Now my money has been refunded to a person that I do not know. They refused to give me my money and this is highly unacceptable.
