Purchased a battery and had core.  Nothing was deducted for the core.  Called back and was told that you don't get credit for core but they don't charge anyone who doesn't have their old battery.  So, do not bother taking core.  Take the battery yourself and sell it.   CROOKED

From Cody Pruitt- This place is a joke!! I've been looking at buying 2 of their Cheetah 4-wheelers since June for my twin boys. They were sold out in June for their birthday so we was going to purchase them for christmas. We went to pick up the two we talked to them about. They have been online for $1,085 since June and still listed at that price now. I go to pay and the total is over 3k. I told them about the online price. The poor service guy had to keep going to the manager asking him about price for us. The jackass manager would not honor the online price, or even come out to talk to us. I asked if they could help out on price considering we were buying 2 of these things and the price they quoted was over $600 higher than their online price. The manager would not even give a dollar discount. They said they must not of updated the website, but obviously they have not updated it since June. We left and will never be back. i wish i could give 0 stars.

Ok, rare that I ever post a less than 4 star review but sometimes issues happen that warrant the need to let others know about when a company falls short. This is directed at the ATV sales department NOT the agriculture supply. Long story (spread over 3+ months). 5/23/20 Bought an ATV, half cash, half to be financed -- took delivery same day. Dealer had some staff changes and paper work lost in the shuffle. 8/3/20 Ag1 is trying to figure out these "lost in the shuffle" transactions and reached out (Sean M.). Spoke with him (again 8/3) and we synced up on the current status of everything and Ag1 was sorry for the delay, etc etc. During the process I informed (on 8/4) Ag1 (Scott P.) lets just forgo financing and I'll just pay cash for the remainder. Easy peasy... Sure it was for them, hand delivered a cashiers check morning of 8/5, BUT  here is where the rub is, due to (what I'll give the benefit of the doubt here) forgetfulness (1 day we are talking here) Ag1 contacted on 8/5 what was the original finance company and had them make a NEW HARD INQUIRY on an already approved loan that was then NOT EVEN WANTED/NEEDED by the customer (me) who 1 day before informed Ag1 that I'll just come and pay for it. Of course they were apologetic and said they will contact the finance company and work to have the fraudulent, unauthorized NEW CREDIT INQUIRY taken care of. (In the process also blamed them (finance company) for the error. So over a month later I was still seeing this hard inquiry on my credit report and contacted Ag1 again. They respond with a contact at the finance company (who turns out to not even work at said company anymore). Let Ag1 know this, and they do not respond. So I suppose if you want to correct the mistakes of others you have to invest a lot your own time to get things done -- sad that those who create messes don't care to clean them up. Now some may not see this as much of a gripe but I take a lot pride in my credit report and how I use credit and to have a company insert mistakes onto my report isn't appreciated.
